Onur Yazicigil:
Onur Yazıcıgil is a typographer and an educator who currently lives and works in Istanbul. He received his MFA from Purdue University in the USA. In 2007 he won the first prize in typographic excellence from the Society of Typographic Arts in Chicago. He has spoken at TypeCon, ATypI, TypoBerlin, and lectured on various topics in the field of typography. At the present, he is a faculty member at Sabancı University. He has recently developed a humanist sanserif typeface, Duru. In addition to his research in latin typefaces, he has been most focused on the Ottoman metal typeface production of the 19th century. He designs Arabic books for the Dutch publisher Brill, and since 2011 has been the co-creator and director of the ISType conferences held in the heart of Istanbul.

Umut Südüak:
Umut Südüak is an Istanbul based graphic designer and academic. He received his bachelor degree from the Graphic Design Department of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, and his masters degree from Central St Martins School of Art and Design. He now runs his freelance design practice in Istanbul and lectures at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Throughout his career, he has received several national and international awards, ran workshops, attended seminars and served at judging panels. Since 2012, he’s been the president of Turkish Graphic Designers Association (GMK).

Pinar Akkurt:
Pınar Akkurt is a multidisciplinary designer/maker, working on site specific installations, product design and graphic design projects. She graduated from Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts, Istanbul. Akkurt co-founded '2mikrop’, a design project intervening in the usual way of looking at objects, whose products were sold at MOMA's in New York, Seoul and Tokyo, Magma Shop in London, Istanbul Museum of Modern Art and various other stores. She had a solo exhibition of the installations she made for 'Karaköy Lokantası' since 2011, in 2015. Pinar Akkurt lives and works in Istanbul.

Sedat Girgin:
Sedat Girgin is an Istanbul-based freelance illustrator, specializing in children’s books and editorial illustration. He graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in Istanbul. Girgin won the first prize in Art Vespa 2010 competition. He had his first solo exhibition “Circus of Wonders” in Milk Gallery in 2013. His works are currently exhibited in “Contemporary Istanbul”, the international art fair.

Deniz Kader & Candaş Şişman (Nohlab Studio):
Deniz Kader & Candaş Şişman are the founders and directors of NOHlab studio; a multidisciplinary studio focused on animation & motion design, video mapping, audiovisual performance and new media for art & culture as well as the advertisement industry. The studio was founded at 2011 as a result of an ongoing creative collaboration between theses two visual artists. NOHlab has received several awards, among which are an Honorary Mention from Prix ARS Electronica and Best Prize in Sound Design from Roma Viedram Video Festival. They have participated in many exhibitions and festivals such as TED X, ARS Electronica, Genius Loci Weimar and OFFF. Among their clients: Chanel, Pink Floyd, Audi, OFFF Festival, Blackberry and Nike.
