This collection expresses the process of observing the way I’m dealing with my father's death seven years ago. I converge on a present and ongoing dialogue and exploration, chronologically, about how I am carrying the missing piece since the day he passed away. Through the language of design, I'm describing the feeling of detachment and abandonment, as well as the desire to cling to the remaining memories and experiences of the life before, and to create a flow and continuity. Each model in the series represents a moment in the process. Created from my impressions, the dressing systems consist of elements that are detached from their own base, but that leave connection spots after them. Together, as a series, they create movement and growth, as well as the primal desire to complete what’s missing.
