Kotz Magazine Launch

In collaboration with the Rubinstein Center for Constitutional Challenges, Reichman University
Date:
30.5.24

The Department of Visual Communication at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem, in collaboration with the Rubinstein Center for Constitutional Challenges, Reichman University, invites you to the celebratory launch of Kotz Magazine — a new multidisciplinary magazine bringing together thinking on democracy, culture, and Israeliness in a period of transition/change. The journal discusses basic concepts of the contemporary reality and deliberates on them in a broad and interactive way, while asserting an alternative agenda and active civic involvement.

Each monthly issue of Kotz is dedicated to another topic, and considers it in a surprising and multidisciplinary way. For each themed issue, writers are invited to present original texts dealing with both current issues and the broader conceptual context. The magazine’s sharp and dynamic editing and design pose pointed questions about who we are in this moment.
