Photography, Activism & Participatory Art

The course explores the diverse ways in which photographic imagery can be employed as a tool for public intervention, dialogue, empowerment, and stance-taking. Students will investigate spaces and communities adjacent to the campus to foster collaborative projects. The course will delve into the potential of the photographic medium as a practice of resistance, alongside its ability to facilitate connection, communication, and discourse.
