Basic Design

Basic Design The basic design course intends to give a broad foundation in the basics of form and materials through visual language. An emphasis is being put on cognitive, planning processes and creating actual solutions. The course includes diverse exercises that are relevant to the fields of the department. The exercises start with conceptual and visual research and develop into objects, accessories, jewelry pieces or clothing – relating to existing visual language and trying to create original input.
