Exhibition | QED (What I Meant to Say)

Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design Jerusalem and the Edmond de Rothschild Foundation invite you to the exhibition QED (What I Meant to Say) – an exhibition by Amitey Bezalel (Bezalel associates) and preschool students.

The program supervises current students and recent graduates from the Bezalel community who are integrated in pairs in eight pre-schools in Jerusalem. The unique framework enables exposing students from the various schools to the creative process of the artists and designers in the hope of diversifying and stimulating creativity among high school students and perfecting their abilities of articulation and self-expression alongside acquiring professional and practical abilities.

The program offers Bezalel community members a studio and framework that allows them to independently focus on artistic work and take their first steps in the world outside the academy, and strengthens the connection of art and design in the community. The studio space allows for a different relationship than the educational school framework, in which our members fulfil the role of an adult, guiding figures for the students.
