An Open Call | Mentoring for female students from the Haredi branch on their first step into the world of employment

Career Development Center invites graduates to join a voluntary program employment mentoring for female students in years 3-4 from the Haredi branch.

Details and requirements:
- Help and guidance in writing resumes and building a personal portfolio
- Between 8-10 hours of accompaniment for a period of two months (during the second semester)
- The accompaniment will take place online
- Each mentor will be given the opportunity to join enrichment workshops dealing with personal and professional development and the worlds of employment. The workshops will help in working with the students and provide future tools for building a career in the world of mentoring

- The workshops will be delivered by prominent professionals in the field on behalf of the "Aluma" association.
