Arch. Yuval Bar has been promoted to the rank of associate professor

Prof. Arch. Yuval Bar, from the School of Architecture, has been promoted to the rank of associate professor.

Prof. Bar has been teaching at Bezalel since 1992. In 1998, he joined as a full faculty member, and in 2001 Bar was appointed senior lecturer. In 2005, he established an independent office, YBGSNA, in partnership with Galit Shipman-Nathan. Since 2023, he is the owner of an independent studio, 'BAER, Architecture and Urban Planning'. The office is involved in significant public projects for the Prime Minister's Office, the President of the State of Israel, leading Israeli universities, the Jerusalem Development Authority, and other public bodies. The firm was even invited by the European Cultural Center to participate in the Venice Architecture Biennale exhibitions in Summer 2021 and Summer 2023.
