The Art and Design Teaching Center is pleased to invite Bezalel lecturers to submit proposals for innovative formats in instruction and learning.

The design of courses and curricula is a dynamic and reflexive process that involves constant renewal in response to changes in the environment. This has been particularly true this year – with faculty continually grappling with the challenges of teaching in the shadow of an ongoing war as well as with the accelerated development of artificial intelligence in the pedagogical and professional fields.

In an effort to recognize and celebrate significant and creative pedagogical efforts, the Art and Design Teaching Center is pleased to invite Bezalel lecturers to share new teaching and learning methods that they have developed and put into practice in their courses. These methods promote learning and may be compelling and relevant for presentation to faculty and students at the academy. Any idea – small or large – that relates to the “how” of teaching and learning is of interest. This includes course structure, exercises, feedback and evaluation methods, peer learning, physical or digital learning environments, or any other format.

Presentations will take place at the 10X5 Conference, as part of “Kankan #5” on Monday, August 12, 2024.
