What happens when a brand decides to cross over to a new territory they are less familiar with ?  

What would happen if Volkswagen got into the cannabis market ? If LEGO expanded into the snack food industry ? 

How can we preserve the existing brand assets and DNA, while expanding into new frontiers ? 

Based on a thorough research and deep understanding of the brand, we will look for new dimensions and peek into the future. 

In this course we will learn and practice the creation of digital experiences that live in the real, physical world. We will get to know a set of easy to use tools which allow us to enhance our interactive creations and connect them to objects and spaces. 

We will use buttons and sensors that tell us what goes on in the world, motors, light bulbs and other components that affect the world, and tiny computers that connect them all together.
In our projects we will examine how interaction design principles apply in such kinds of physical creations, and what possibilities are introduced to us as digital content creators once we liberate ourselves from relying on generic and common interface devices such as the computer mouse and keyboard and commercial game controllers.
