From differance to the Spectre - the introduction of Deconstruction in Philosophy

The question of "identity and difference" has played the essential role in the deployment of our philosophical rationality. In fact, we will argue, this question properly constitutes the very "event" of the metaphysical tradition since Plato to Nietzsche and Heidegger. Our primary task will thus be to retrieve the line of thought determined by this question in the history of philosophy and furthermore deploy in which manner and according to which Law it has reformulated itself in the advent of Deconstruction. In this sense, we will attempt to reveal in and within the history of philosophy the modality by which the concept of "differance" has emerged. We will thus demonstrate how, for Jacques Derrida, the concept of "differance" has been haunting the deployment of the traditional question of "identity and difference" and thus in which manner the "differance" has, at the same time, both authorized this question while dismantling its very authority. The idea of the "spectre" could then be approached as that which furnishes the uncondtional impulsion of "differance", and thus of deconstruction itself.
