Many companies support and encourage design students to get to know and use their software, allowing students and faculty to download the software at reduced prices or even free of charge.

Free software (for students and faculty)
MS Office
You can keep an email account on Bezalel servers which, among other things, allows you to use 365 Office for students. You will have access to the software as long as you are a student at Bezalel. Upon graduation all services and benefits in Cloud 365 will be discontinued, except for the email account. Local Office installations can be used for viewing documents only. SolidWorks Student Edition for download
SolidWorks supports and encourages design students to get to know and use their software for 3D design. The company allows students and faculty to download the software from their website after registering and activating an academic institution code. The code can be obtained from the Computer Lab on the 9th floor.

Autodesk software
Autodesk software, the maker of Maya, AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion and more, encourages students and faculty to download their software and experiment for free for three years, after registering on their site.

Adobe Creative Cloud software at a student discount
All Adobe software is sold as a cloud plan at a student discount of 65% compared to the commercial version (70 NIS instead of 185 NIS). The plan can be installed in up to two computers. To receive the student discount, you must first open a Bezalel email account and then purchase the subscription on the Adobe website.
