The establishment of the Liu Shiming Scholarship Endowment Fund

Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design Jerusalem is happy to announce the establishment of the Liu Shiming Scholarship Endowment Fund. The Fund was established by the Liu Shiming Art Foundation and will provide an annual scholarship for a student in the Department of Fine Arts or the Department of Ceramics and Glass Design.

The Liu Shiming Art Foundation was established in 2021 with the goal of supporting students of the arts worldwide while elevating and preserving the art of our namesake, renowned Chinese artist, Liu Shiming. The Foundation aims to provide scholarships, grants, and exchange opportunities to cultivate and grow a global arts discourse that recognizes our common humanity.
