Appointment for Laser Cutting in Architecture Workshop
Bezalel’s Prototyping Center is a technical department that exposes students to the cutting-edge technologies that exist in the industry. The Center supports and accompanies students from all departments in their projects – from product development to end model – aiding them to attain a high level of finish and accuracy. The Prototyping Center includes a range of 3D printing technologies.
The Center provides its services to students, including students from other schools, design studios, architecture firms and small-scale industry companies. The Center also offers its services to recent Bezalel graduates who have completed their studies and are entering the professional market.

Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design Jerusalem takes an active part in the UNESCO Chair program which involves over 850 institutions in 120 countries. The program asks to promotes international inter-university cooperation and networking to enhance institutional capacities through knowledge sharing and collaborative work.
The purpose of the Chair is to lead and promote theoretical and applied research across the spectrum of art, architecture and design and their interaction with other fields while maintaining an ethical and socially responsible approach within the community. The UNESCO Chair initates and takes part in international conferences, researches and workshops while initating global and local research and activities.

Governance & Leadership
Prof. Arch. Els Verbakel is the Head of the School of Architecture, Head of the Undergraduate Program in Architecture and an UNESCO Chairholder in Urban Design and Conservation in Bezalel.
Prof. Arch. Mike Turner is an UNESCO Chairholder in Urban Design and Conservation in Bezalel and is special advisor to the World Heritage Centre Director.
Arch. Adi Sela Weiner, lecturer in the School of Architecture and in the department of Visual and Material Culture at Bezalel Academy. In charge of the 3rd annual report about World Heritage for UNESCO on behalf of the Israeli National Commission for UNESCO (National Focal Point).
