Missing Presence | Exhibition in the Department of Ceramic and Glass Design

The Materials and Poetry lab at the Department of Ceramic and Glass Design invites the public to the opening of the ‘Missing Presence’ exhibition by the artist and poet Gal Barzilay.

At the exhibition a book of poetry will be presented, 'The World Stopped on the Twenty-Fourth of February 2022', a poetic autobiography that accompanies the mourning process of the poet (Iton 77 Publishing, 2023). Alongside it will be presented, ‘A Season in Hell' by Arthur Rimbaud. One of the masterpieces of modern poetry, it is the confession of a fundamentally Catholic believer, speaking to us from his private hellfire (translation from French by Uri Bernstein, published by Keshev L’Shira, 2001).
