25.12.24

Bezalel Academy of Art and Design Jerusalem invites you to the “FirstBorn Festival”, where dozens of first-born works by students and graduates of Bezalel and of academic institutions of the arts in Jerusalem will be presented for the first time in Jerusalem.

The festival, on behalf of the Jerusalem Municipality, the Jerusalem Foundation and the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation, offers a stage for young artists, the future generation of the world of art and design in Israel. This is an extraordinary opportunity to meet the best creators who will lead the world of culture and creativity in the coming years.

The first day of the festival will be hosted by Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design Jerusalem, at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Campus in the heart of downtown Jerusalem. Presenting their work will be students and graduates from the Departments of Ceramic and Glass Design, Photography, Jewelry and Fashion, Screen-Based Arts and the Haredi branch of Bezalel, as well as from other academic institutions in Jerusalem, including Musrara, the Naggar Multidisciplinary School of Art and Society, the School of Visual Theater, the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, The Center for Middle Eastern Classical Music, and Emunah Academic College of Arts and Design.
