Tami Berenstein is an award-winning international animation and documentary director, concept artist, animator and illustrator.
She started working in Telad’s promo department while still a student in the academy, after winning a promo competition in her first year. Since her graduation, she specialized in various aspects of her field, such as developing TV channels, conceptual branding, developing and directing animation series, computer games, and children’s books.
Berenstein created TV series that aired on 85 channels around the world and have millions of online views, including “Cuddlies,” for which she was also nominated for the Chicago International Children's Film Festival and won an ASIF award for Israeli animation.
Her own non-commercial work has been featured in festivals all over the world, and includes the indie film “Drawing of the Inevitable,” created in collaboration with cellist Maya Belsitzman. In 2018 she created the animation project at the Israel Opera with the Revolution Orchestra.
In 2016 she founded and curated the international animation festival AniNation – Jerusalem, which attracts some 7,000 viewers every year. The successful festival is held at the Jerusalem Cinematheque and throughout Jerusalem, with an emphasis on adult animation and artist workshops, VR and animation installations, including at the YMCA Sports Center.
Berenstein has served as the chief animation elector and senior advisor for the Gesher Multicultural Film Fund as well as HaPais Council for the Culture and Arts. She established The Scene incubator of the Project for Cinema and Television in Jerusalem and was nominated for an Ophir award for a documentary script. She was the first women named “Animix Festival Notable,” the highest award in the field of animation in Israel. She is the mother of Carmi and the life-partner of Shirley.
Noa Berman-Herzberg is a screenwriter, a screenwritng teacher, a "script doctor", a "serial pickler" and a radio broadcaster of "Sour Night Owls" in Galei Zahal. She's a screenwriting teacher in the Screen Based Arts Department since 2005.
Berman-Herzberg graduated with Honor the World Literature Department in TLV University and the Writing Department of Camera Obscura School of Cinema and has an M.A in Film Culture from Haifa University.
Among her Films - MABUL, 89 min, 2011, directed by Guy Nattiv, which participated in many International festivals and won prestige prizes, among them the Crystal Bear in Berlinale 2011 and others, Harmonia, directed by Guy Nativ (2021), Holy Holocaust, a short docu-animation, directed in collaboration with Osi Wald (2021) and other projects.
Berman-Herzberg worked as a reader, editor and translator in several book publishing houses (1996-2000), wrote and edited Design and Architecture columns in "Binyan ve Dior" Design Magazine (2000-2003) and since 2008 she is a reader, mentor and a judge in film funds, cinema festivals, screen labs and cinema departments in several schools.
In 2017 she started a unique project -"Sour Food Sour Stories" events that combines Storytelling and culinary. since then she has done 30 events in Israel and around the world, a radio show based on the same concept and a documentary series ("Missing Out") in the making.
Illustrator, lecturer and curator, artistic editor and comic book artist, engages in writing that expresses childhood motifs significantly. Lecturer in the Department of Screen Arts, and the Department of Visual and Material Culture.
Farber is a graduate of the Visual Communication Department at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, an award winner and a Sharet Foundation scholarship in undergraduate studies. His final project, which dealt with grotesque illustrations of political figures, was purchased shortly thereafter and formed the basis for the first season of “The Harzufim”, the first Israeli political satire program whose protagonists were puppets, and aired on Channel 2. He also received an excellence scholarship in graduate studies in screenwriting at Tel Aviv University.
He illustrated children's books and in many magazines. He initiated and edited the bestselling "Still Optimistic - Artists Painting Dudu Geva", published by Zamora-Pavilion, and curated the accompanying exhibition at the Holon Institute of Technology Gallery, with 120 illustrators and one Dudu Geva. He has also curated and exhibited in numerous exhibitions.
He has won numerous awards, including the Rabinowitz Foundation for the Arts, the Lottery Council for Culture and the Arts, and a prize and first place at the Illustration Week in Tel Aviv. In recent years, he has edit, illustrated, and published the graphic trilogy "Isaac's Notebooks", based on the diary of his late grandfather.

Graduate of the Sam Spiegel Film School with honors. Freidenberg holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the Department of Linguistics at the Hebrew University. His research focuses on the linkage between historical linguistics and the development of the filmic craft, specifically targeting the syntax and semantics of film.
He is currently writing his doctoral dissertation on film language and media archeology - a comparative study of visual languages such as ancient Egyptian and cinematography.
Friedenberg wrote for archival film projects of the Jerusalem Cinematheque, 'KAN' - Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation and the Israeli audio-visual collection of Harvard University. He programmed world cinema selection for the international film festivals of Rome, Hamburg and Jerusalem. Freidenberg is the CEO and Founder of Jerusalem Filmmakers Guild.
His short film Guided Tour has won many international awards and is currently developing his first full-length feature film.
Veronique Inbar is a Visual Artist, a Film Editor and Lecturer.
Veronique is a lecturer at The Screen Based Arts Department at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem.
Veronique holds a B.A. in Film and Television and in Humanities from The Tel Aviv University, and is a graduate of the "Midrasha" School of Arts.
Veronique exhibited solo and Two Person exhibitions at various venues, including the Janco Dada Museum, the Municipal Art Gallery of Rehovot, Tivon’s Memorial Center and the Artspace Tel Aviv Gallery. She also participated in many group shows.
She is a board member of The Israeli Artists Union.

Daniel Meir (b. 1972, in Haifa Israel) is a Tel Aviv based sound designer and sound artist, specializing in sound design and original music for video art, documentaries, film, and theater.
He works with critically acclaimed video artists, film makers, and musicians from around the world. Notably, he has collaborated on works that have been featured in the Venice Biennale, among Academy Awards nominated films, and a Cannes Festival winning film.
His work can be heard daily in cinemas, museums and exhibitions worldwide.
Daniel teaches sound art and sound design at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem.

Ohad Milstein is an award-winning Israeli documentary filmmaker. He teaches cinema at the Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem. His films examine the boundaries of documentary filmmaking. His latest film "Monogamia” (2023) won the Grand Prix de la Critique at the Locarno Film Festival. Daniela Sherer is an indie animator & illustrator. She is a faculty member in Bezalel’s Screen-Based Arts Dept.
In 2013 she graduated from the Royal College of Art in London with a master's in Animation. She's a 2009 graduate of USC, LA, and a recipient of the university's Discovery Scholar Award.
Daniela has worked on projects ranging from music videos and short films, editorial/book Illustrations, commissioned work for international companies, and animated sequences for the stage. Some of her clients include Adult Swim, The Barbican Centre, NPR, The Atlantic, The ACLU and many more. Her animated films have won awards, been broadcast, and have been exhibited in festivals and shows worldwide.
She’s the recipient of The Yoram Gross Award of Excellence in Independent Animation in 2016.
As part of her work as an educator, she’s been a selected mentor in SVA’s Visual Narrative program in 2020.
Moran is an Animation artist and lecturer, specialized in stopmotion and experimental animation. co-owner of "ZAZ Animation", a leading stopmotion studio in Israel.
Graduate (BFA) from the Screen-Based Arts department of Bezalel Academy, Jerusalem. Further studies (diploma) at the NFTS London, and the Aardman Academy, Bristol, England.

Amitay Yaish Ben-Ousilio, Tel Aviv
Actor, director and interdisciplinary creator combining art and social entrepreneurship. Amitay is a member of Mifal HaPais - Lottery Arts Council, and the Chairman of the Performing Arts Committee. He is also a Lecturer at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem. In the past he established and managed Factory Bat Yam - an artist residency program interacting within the surrounding community. Amitay was the Artistic Director of ‘the International Street Theater Festival’ Bat Yam. He was also the founder and creative director of Nissui Kellim festival, developing new interactions between different art forms. Amitay is also an active theater and movie actor, currently acting in the Oscar nominated feature film ‘Incitement’ by Yaron Zilberman and in the award-winning play ‘The Hearing’ by Renana Raz. Amitay is a graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts Beit Zvi.
Maya Zack (B. 1976, Israel) is a visual artist and filmmaker.
Her work ties together themes of memory, history, documentation, reconstruction and metaphysics.
Zack is a lecturer in Bezalel Academy of Art and Design Jerusalem.
